Teachers’ pay agreement 2025/26

On 13 January, NASUWT, as part of the Northern Ireland Teachers’ Council (NITC), formally accepted a 4% consolidated cost-of-living pay award for all teachers and school leaders, including supply teachers, for the academic year 2025/26.

Eighty-seven per cent of NASUWT members voted in favour of the offer in a consultative ballot.
