The Park Federation Academy Trust consists of four primary academies in Hillingdon and four primary academies in Slough.

The Trust follows the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) and the Burgundy Book. 

Cost of living pay claim

This year, the Trust paid all teachers the 2.75% cost of living pay uplift.

The NASUWT met with the Trust on a number of occasions in the Academic Year 2018/19 to consult on policies such as Performance Management, Pay and Disciplinary.
