1. Eligibility

  • The Gold Star Refer a Colleague Scheme is for current NASUWT members (referrers) who invite new members (referees) to join using a valid referral link or code.

  • The referee must not have been an NASUWT member within the past 12 months.

  1. Referral rewards

  • Both the referrer and referee will get £20 of credit to use on the NASUWT Gold Star platform.

  • Rewards will be given 90 days after the referee completes sign-up and stays a member for that time.

  • For credit rewards to be issued, both parties must remain NASUWT members for the stated timeframes.

  1. Voucher details

  • Credit can be used for any 'eGift' offer within the NASUWT Gold Star platform.

  • Gold Star Credit cannot be swapped for cash or given to someone else.

  1. Membership requirements

  • The referee must sign up fully and stay an active member for 90 days to qualify for rewards.

  1. Referral limit

  • Referrers can invite as many people as they want.

  • Referrers can earn £20 of credit per referral.

  1. Non-transferable rewards

  • Vouchers and benefits are only for the person who earned them and cannot be shared or transferred.

  1. Modifications to the Scheme

  • NASUWT can change, pause or stop Refer a Colleague Scheme at any time without notice.

  1. Fraud and disqualification

  • Anyone involved in fraud, misuse or breaking NASUWT membership rules may be removed from the Scheme.

  1. Additional terms

  • NASUWT is not liable for technical issues that may affect referrals.

  • Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
