Teachers are facing unprecedented challenges. Years of underinvestment, increasing workload pressures, recruitment and retention difficulties and growing demands on schools have created significant pressures across the education system.

The Event brings together workplace representatives and activists from across England to help shape the next phase of our Fix Our Future: Fund Education campaign and strengthen the Union's presence in every workplace.

This one-day event will provide an opportunity to hear directly from NASUWT leadership, learn from successful organising activity, share experiences with fellow representatives and develop practical skills to support members and build stronger workplace organisation.

The Summit will focus on how representatives can play a leading role in securing positive change for teachers and schools, whilst helping to ensure that every member has a voice in the workplace.
