This conference is aimed at those recently qualified teachers who have just finished their first term as a qualified teacher. The conference aims to empower members, by providing practical tips on staying resilient, working assertively, managing time effectively and reminding members what their rights are within the first couple of years of teaching. The conference will also remind members about the best ways of ensuring they are engaged with the union, in order to receive the best possible support.
