In the face of the rise of the far right and global and national attacks on equality and rights, and the continuing fragmentation and underfunding of the education system, LGBTI teachers face significant challenges and opportunities on a number of different fronts, both as educationalists and trade unionists.
The Conference will contain workshops, keynote speakers and moments of joy.
The Conference also gives attendees the opportunity to network with other LGBTI teachers, discuss key professional issues, share experiences in a safe and inclusive environment and hear from speakers in the fields of education, and equalities.
