‘I used what I learned on the course to set up the staff wellbeing initiative in school, run the staff mental health and wellbeing CPD, and work with LA psychologists to help teachers develop their own resilience.’
Please be aware that this course includes discussion of mental health issues, including suicide, which some may find distressing. Support and time-out options will be available throughout.
