  • Salary £12,134 rising to £13,813 per annum (FTE £40,448 rising to £46,044)
  • 10.5 hours per week (working 3.5 hrs each shift) both posts will work 3.00pm to 6.30pm for three days a week out of five between Monday to Friday (Days to be agreed)

We have opportunities for x2 Part Time Member Support Advisors to join the Member Support Services Team. You will provide support to the team and work flexibly on a rota according to the needs of the service.
 
This role will provide advice, information and guidance to teachers on a wide range of matters relating to their employment and membership of the union, through a busy telephone advice line and via email. Knowledge of employment law or teachers’ terms and conditions is essential, together with a commitment to the values and ethos of Trade Unions, outstanding member care skills, and experience of providing telephone advice and guidance within a legal or employment context.
