We are looking for a flexible, hands-on team player to join our Conference Centre. In this role, you will provide cover across a variety of departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and smooth running of daily operations. No two days are the same—you might be supporting an event setup one day and assisting in the restaurant or bar the next.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people.

Key Responsibilities
•    Carry out Night Porter duties as required, including preparing room layouts for the following day’s events.

•    Provide support in the Bar, Kitchen, and Restaurant with basic duties as needed.

•    Assist with Housekeeping tasks when required.

•    Support event operations, including setup and breakdown of functions.

•    Deliver general guest assistance, ensuring every visitor receives excellent service.

About You
We are looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed. You will need to bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.

Essential skills and qualifications:
•    GCSE Grade 4 / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience).

•    Experience in food and bar service, cash handling, and customer service.

•    Strong teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills.

•    Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing demands.
