We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the team at Hillscourt Hotel and Conference Centre. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage staff effectively. We are looking for a proven hotel/conference centre reception experience with strong organisational skills and a passion for excellence.

We are looking for a confident and approachable leader who has:
•    GCSE Maths and English or Equivalent Experience.
•    Experience in staff supervision and leadership.
•    A strong background in customer service.
•    Solid administrative and basic financial management skills.
•    Knowledge of reservation and guest management systems (desirable).
•    Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
•    Flexibility to work five days over seven, including evenings and weekends.
