This essential one-day seminar focuses on how to:
- differentiate data that has an impact on learning from that which is accountability-focused;
- rationalise systems to improve clarity and reduce workload;
- understand the limitations ofa data.

The seminar will explore ways to rationalise systems in order to make them more coherent and accessible to all staff and reduce the burden placed upon them, and separate the necessary from the irrelevant, ensuring we collect only what has meaning and impact.

Assessment must be focused on teaching and learning, not accountability, and this seminar aims to empower schools to do just that.
