Legal and Benevolence
NASUWT Members are entitled to full casework (and legal) advice, support and representation regarding all matters arising from teaching employment. This service is provided through an integrated network of elected and salaried officials and retained specialist solicitors. The Union also provides a legal advice service for non-employment matters. The NASUWT Benevolent Fund can provide short-term financial assistance during times of hardship.
